Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 21, 2026
Welcome to Greenlight With Decks. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the pitch deck design and related creative services we provide ("Services"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Services
Greenlight With Decks provides pitch deck design and related creative services for filmmakers, producers, and other clients across the film and television industry. This includes, but is not limited to, feature film decks, docuseries decks, documentary decks, TV bibles, investor decks, and add-on services such as character bios and story development, comparable film research, and custom AI-enhanced cinematic imagery.
The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope for your project will be defined at the time of engagement. Any work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
2. Engagement & Acceptance
A project is considered active once we have confirmed the scope of work and received any required deposit or payment. Submitting a project request, deposit, or signed agreement constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing for each service is listed in a PDF when requested or provided in a written quote. Prices listed as "starting at" reflect a minimum, and final pricing may vary based on project scope, complexity, and add-on services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A deposit may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery of final files.
Add-on services (such as character bios, comparable film research, or AI-enhanced imagery) are billed in addition to the base service price.
Payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 7.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver quality work on schedule, you agree to provide accurate and complete project materials in a timely manner. This may include scripts, loglines, synopses, casting information, reference materials, and any brand or visual assets. Delays in providing materials may affect your project timeline.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all materials you provide, and that our use of those materials in your deck will not infringe on the rights of any third party.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, which will be communicated at the start of your engagement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to an additional fee. Substantial changes to project direction after work has begun may be treated as new scope.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content. You retain all ownership of the underlying creative materials you provide to us, including your story, script, characters, and concepts. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to Greenlight With Decks.
Final deliverables. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the completed pitch deck for the purpose of pitching, financing, and developing your project. Ownership of the final design files transfers to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our materials. Any underlying unique designs, design systems, processes, or proprietary methods we use to create your deck remain our property. We may not reuse your confidential project content, but we reserve the right to use our general design frameworks and techniques across projects.
Portfolio rights. Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. If your project is confidential or subject to a non-disclosure agreement, please notify us in writing and we will keep it private.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel a project after work has begun, deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable. If we are unable to complete your project for reasons within our control, we will refund any payment for work not yet delivered.
8. AI-Enhanced Imagery
Certain services may include custom AI-enhanced cinematic imagery created using artificial intelligence tools. This imagery is intended for use within your pitch deck as a visual representation of tone, world, and look. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of such imagery is appropriate for your intended purpose. AI-generated imagery may not be suitable for final production use or for purposes requiring licensed or rights-cleared photography, and we make no warranty regarding its suitability for such uses.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your project materials as confidential and will not share them with third parties except as needed to complete your project (for example, collaborators working under confidentiality). If your project requires a formal non-disclosure agreement, we are happy to discuss one before work begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided to support your pitching and development efforts. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including that your project will be financed, sold, greenlit, or produced. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenlight With Decks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our website may use third-party platforms (such as Squarespace) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
